GuruTrader.com is operated by DM Forex.pl S.A., ul. Domaniewska 47, 02-672 Warszawa, Poland. KRS: 0000399405. VAT: 527-26-70-800. This company is the controller of personal information collected through this website. A privacy contact must be confirmed before public launch.
2. What we collect
This website no longer accepts access-request forms. Page views and clicks use pseudonymous event records without raw IP addresses. Historical requests may remain in the private CRM.
3. Why we use it
Events help us understand navigation; a click is not proof of broker registration. Historical requests retain their original purposes and permissions.
4. Storage and retention
Lead records are stored in the private GuruTrader.com PostgreSQL database. Production retention periods, hosting region and subprocessors must be confirmed before launch. Records should be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and withdraw optional contact consent. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. This website does not currently provide a customer account for editing those details. The privacy contact and request-handling process must be confirmed before public launch.
6. International services
Registration takes place at BCM Markets under its own terms and privacy notice. GuruTrader.com does not receive your password.
7. First-party storage
First-party storage remembers language, dismissed notices and a pseudonymous measurement session. The current journey does not collect phone numbers.
8. Video and translation preference
Clicking Play connects your browser to Bunny CDN to receive the video. That provider receives connection data, including your IP address. No video request is sent before you click Play. A first-party cookie remembers your previous translated language for up to one year so you can switch between EN and AI. It contains a language code, not your IP address.
